Duncanville, TX – As a result of the winter storm that brought freezing temperatures and power outages that impacted Texas and the City of Duncanville, a STAGE 3 – Water Warning was initiated on Thursday, February 18, 2021. The Water Warning required businesses and citizens to conserve water as the city’s water reserve dropped to 37%.
