Lancaster, TX - A $2 million payout to departing Lancaster schools Superintendent Elijah Granger won’t happen until at least next October. A temporary restraining order halting the buyout agreement received a longer life Tuesday after the school district’s attorneys agreed to a temporary injunction, delaying the severance payment until a court date 10 months from now.
