Midlothian, TX - An Ellis County man who impregnated a preteen girl has been sentenced to 50 years in prison. Paul Jon Flanigan, 37, of Midlothian pleaded guilty last week to continuous sexual abuse of a child, Ellis County officials announced Tuesday. He will not have the possibility of parole.
